Co-op Rhody is teaming up with Our Academy to offer a FREE 5-session online training focused on the financial side of launching a d!spensary—specifically designed for industry workers and aspiring cooperative entrepreneurs.
💡 What’s a cooperative store? It’s a retail store owned and operated by its members—think b*dtenders, managers, or community members. Instead of chasing profit, co-ops prioritize affordability, access, and community wealth, with profits reinvested or shared among members.
✨ What you’ll get as part of the cohort:
- Expert-led training on cannabis finances
- A supportive community of peers building co-ops together
🗓️ The logistics:
- Online & asynchronous learning (April–May)
- Optional in-person meetups on Thursday nights (7–8 PM in RI)
