Training & Technical Assistance

Through our pilot incubation program, Co-op Rhody is offering the following supports to cooperatives in our cohort in Spring 2025.

1. 12 hours of one on one coaching with cooperative Peer Advisors from the US Federation of Worker Cooperatives’ Co-op Clinic, and cannabis business coaches from New York State Cannabis Connect.
2. 3 workshops led by partner organizations including the Roger Williams Law Business Start-Up Clinic.
3. Recruitment support via networking events and other community outreach.
4. Online training curriculum provided by Our Academy (forthcoming).
